Stacks/the Law Firm, Tweed Heads is a dynamic legal practice which is operated by local solicitors Tony Mitchell, Kel Connelly and David Crossan.
Stacks/The Law Firm, Tweed Heads originated from the merger in 1997 of two local and respected firms, Halliday & Stainlay, and A.D Mitchell and Co. Ted Halliday commenced legal practice in Murwillumbah in 1891, with a branch office at Coolangatta. Mr Halliday teamed up with Leo Stainlay after the second World War, beginning a successful partnership. Tony Mitchell commenced legal practice in Tweed Heads in 1985.
Stacks/the Law Firm, Tweed Heads is proud of its origins and today continues the practice of providing a friendly and supportive environment with traditional family values.
